Strike Fighters 2 Series

Concrete Blocks
Concrete Blocks

Concrete Blocks are used in airports for both security and traffic management, acting as a hostile vehicle mitigation measure to prevent attacks on critical infrastructure and as a means to control access points by slowing and guiding traffic. While not typically found at the end of runways for aircraft safety, they are deployed around airport perimeters, pedestrian areas, and building entrances. These durable, precast blocks can be arranged in various configurations, provide physical protection against unauthorized vehicles, and can be moved or reconfigured as security needs change.

Blast-Shield

I just completed my first project for the Strike Fighter Project Series. This file will include 4 models, and I hope you will enjoy.

A blast shield for an airport is more commonly known as a jet blast deflector (JBD) or blast fence, a safety structure designed to redirect the high-speed, high-temperature exhaust from jet engines to protect people, vehicles, and facilities on the tarmac, taxiways, and apron areas. These deflectors vary in design, including curved or vertical solid panels and angled mesh barriers, and are built from strong materials like steel or fiberglass to withstand the powerful forces and debris generated by aircraft. Some specialized models include portable, temporary barriers and structures for high-power engine testing or areas near sensitive radar equipment.
